3. Plans, Pricing, and Modifications

3.1 We may offer free or paid subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

3.2 All pricing, limits, and features are subject to change at our sole discretion. The free tier may be withdrawn at any time.

3.3 Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.

4. User Obligations

4.1 You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to circumvent access controls.

4.2 You remain solely responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences arising therefrom.

10.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
